From Star Tribune…Ramsey County along with Sheriff Bob Fletcher honors one of ours…

 

Michael Struve  a 14 year member of Local #15 was honored for helping deputies catch a man who had stolen items from a vehicle.  

 

When the suspect bit him, …"that got me a little irritated, "Struve said. Praising him, Sheriff Fletcher said that citizens "going into harm's way is huge. Law enforcement officers "can't do it alone."
