Every year it's been the same volunteers who have missed out on most of the picnic due to the fact that there is not enough help - this picnic could not happen without volunteers - so if you can give a little time it will be greatly appreciated and will allow EVERYONE to enjoy lunch and spend time with their family & union friends!!!

Journeyman training flyers were mailed out in August.  Only members that fill it out and sent it back with the classes they are interested in are notified once the class is set up.  Classes will not be set up if only a few members respond to a certain class. If you did not get yours sent in you can go to our website, Training15.com and print one or call the Apprenticeship office and one will be mailed to you.

We will be holding a City Gas Prep Class on October 14 and 21, 2010 for those interested in obtaining the City of Minneapolis Competency Card for journeyman and master plumbers.

The deadline for the Fall State test has past.  If you are planning on taking the spring test mark your calendar for February 15^th, which is the deadline for applications to be received by the state.  You can apply between January 1^st and February 15, 2011.  Applications are available at the Apprenticeship office, Plumbers Local 15 union hall or www.Training.com.  Under the links tab simply go to the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry website, you will find application and information under Plumbing in the Codes, permits and licensing tab.
